Tom Golon, former Director of Operations, Finance, and HR at Hilsmier Consulting has joined nGROUP as our new Controller.
Tom’s experiences in operations, finance, and M&A, at companies such as MCG Global and Hilsmier Consulting, make him the perfect executive to help nGROUP achieve our overall growth strategy and exceed our customer’s expectations.
nGROUP’s rapid growth requires higher levels of financial oversight, intensified analysis, and leadership. Tom brings with him a proven track record in M&A, operations, developing strategic alliances, negotiations, forecasting, and sophisticated financial modeling.
An entrepreneurial leader, Tom’s expertise in teambuilding and his eye for detail will help nGROUP identify opportunities to drive higher success levels in AP, AR, payroll, risk, Banking, credit, FP&A, risk management, HR compliance, and M&A.
Tom and his family, including children, live in the Charlotte area. On weekends, you’re as likely to find Tom reading as you are to see him on the sidelines watching his children’s sports matches.
