Matt Linden Promoted to Director of Operations at nGROUP
A new promotion has occurred within the ranks of nGROUP! Matt Linden, previously our Regional General Manager, is now Director of Operations.
With decades of experience in the supply chain — in every position, from logistics and operations, to sales and management — Matt is the perfect choice to step into the role of Director of Operations.
It will be a challenging role for anyone, but one that Matt is more than prepared for. Responsible for half a dozen sites all across the United States, Matt helps oversee nGROUP’s labor solution for one of our largest partners, Carparts.com.
Matt is excited about the prospect of strengthening that relationship by working closely with the managers at each site.
Matt believes in the need to build up those you work with, and to pour yourself into others generously, so they can be their best. That kind of grassroots take on responsible leadership has helped Matt achieve outstanding results for our partners. That’s why we’re happy to see him elevated to this new role.
Hundreds of employees, multiple large e-commerce sites, a whole leadership structure to guide effectively: these are responsibilities Matt will shoulder. We know he’s up to the task.
