The Next Generation of nGROUP Leadership
At nGROUP, we always say that our people are our best asset. We take a lot of pride in the leaders and team members that serve our clients on a daily basis. Each and every person plays a vital role in providing exceptional service and results to our clients. We have some of the best talent around and consider it a privilege to work alongside of them.
The past few years have brought new challenges and opportunities. As nGROUP continues to grow strategically, the roles of our co-founders have evolved. David Hair remains involved with the company as co-founder and board member, but has stepped down from the role of CEO. We are thrilled to announce that as of January 1, 2023, Jim Zimmerman has accepted the position as CEO and the role of long-term strategic leadership.
Jim is well-equipped to lead nGROUP during this growth phase. He’s been around the industry and knows the ins and outs. He’s worn many hats here at nGROUP, including holding the titles of COO and CFO. As an industrial engineer by trade, Jim is driven by efficient, high-performance production. We are confident that will serve us well as we look to the future.
nGROUP has always been motivated by the concept, “There has to be a better way.” We saw the need to truly revolutionize operations and eliminate labor-related struggles. nGROUP helps clients ramp up and ramp down quickly, save costs, increase productivity and employee satisfaction. The core model of vested partnerships is the main reason nGROUP achieves significant results for its clients.
As co-founders, Jim Zimmerman and David Hair go way back. The last 20 years have been a wild ride. Together, they led the company from $0 to what it is today.
For most of our clients and team members, little will change in light of this. Bob Duron remains President, leading the day-to-day operations of the company. We are honored to have his experience and expertise guide us through the ups and downs of the past few years.
As we look forward to 2023, we are happy to say the future is bright.
Congratulations to Jim Zimmerman and thank you to David Hair for your years of dedicated service and leadership.
