Holly Anderson joins nGROUP team as new Director of Project Management
At nGROUP, we specialize in optimizing labor and supply chain opportunities for our clients. As our organization grows, we have an incredible opportunity to bring that same level of optimization to our internal processes. We’re delighted to announce that Holly Anderson, Director of Project Management has come onboard to support our team in just that way.
Based here in Charlotte, Holly comes to nGROUP with 15 years of experience, an MBA in Strategic Leadership, and a PMP certification. Holly’s career began at Mood Media, where she quickly went from answering the phone to the implementation of new customers. When operations were centralized in Charlotte, Holly was one of the few employees brought in to streamline and support a season of mergers and acquisitions. Her front row seat to this process gave her deep insights in project management and operations.
Most recently, Holly was at Nutramax Laboratories, where she was brought on to create a project management system from the ground up. In her time there, Holly gained a lot of visibility to the process, pain points, and opportunities of the product development and manufacturing process. A proud accomplishment during her tenure was taking the company to almost zero paper.
When Holly was researching nGROUP and began talks, she was thrilled to find like-minded people. She found an entrepreneurial, collaborative spirit that excited her and a transparency within the leadership team that immediately created trust. She saw a group of people passionate about bringing results, and excited about operations and processes. How could she not get on board? “This isn’t just a job for me. I truly am participating in projects I can get excited about!”
That excitement is mutual, Holly.

Holly’s first order of business is to refine the project management system with a specific focus on making the customer implementation process exceptional. Then the process needs to be understandable, scalable, and transparent. Additionally, Holly will review the strategic initiatives of nGROUP and assess how project management can help support them.
When she’s not creating systemic change and bringing order to processes, Holly enjoys exploring and expressing her artistic side. She loves traveling with her two sons and husband, and hopes to make another international trip soon. Music is also a huge passion, whether she’s catching a live show or just showing off her carpool karaoke skills.
