Natalie Gandy named Vice President Operations, Key Accounts, and Supply Chain Logistics at nGROUP

nGROUP has a proven track record of attracting and retaining quality talent for our customers, and when it comes to ourselves, we practice what we preach. We are excited to announce Natalie Gandy as our newest vice president.

Natalie Gandy, former director of brand support center operations for BILT Inc., has joined nGROUP as our new vice president of operations, key accounts, and supply chain logistics.

With thirty years of experience in logistics and large volume supply chains at companies such as BILT and Walmart, Natalie has the perfect combination of execution and strategy to help nGROUP achieve our long-term goals and exceed our customer’s expectations.

Having “grown-up” in operations, Natalie excels at fixing or creating critical labor-intensive processes to improve overall efficiencies, as she did at Walmart, when she and her team designed and implemented a new inbound supply chain for all Sam’s Club distribution centers.

As nGROUP continues its rapid growth, Natalie’s performance-driven leadership style, knowledge of supply chain, transportation, and logistics, will help nGROUP identify critical areas for improvement, standardize processes, and provide opportunities for growth within our supply chain and logistics team.

Natalie has two daughters, one of whom just graduated from Dallas Baptist University, and one granddaughter. Natalie lives in the Dallas area, and on weekends, she enjoys attending church, listening to music, and spending time with family.
